Orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days. Made-to-order, personalised, or limited-edition pieces may take longer; the estimated timeline will be mentioned on the product page.
Delivery
Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within:
- India: 4–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and assist with a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution.
